Senior AI/ML Engineer
Design and build the machine learning models that power Patriot Pay's balance scoring, propensity-to-pay prediction, and channel optimization engines.
- 5+ years of ML engineering experience
- Proficiency in Python, PyTorch or TensorFlow
- Experience with healthcare or financial data (preferred)
- Strong background in classification and regression models
- Familiarity with MLOps and model deployment pipelines
Full-Stack Software Engineer
Build the platform features and integrations that healthcare organizations rely on every day across our React frontend, Node.js APIs, and cloud infrastructure.
- 4+ years of full-stack development experience
- Strong proficiency in React/TypeScript and Node.js
- Experience with REST APIs and integration patterns
- Familiarity with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
- HIPAA-aware development practices (preferred)
Healthcare Integration Specialist
Lead technical integrations with Epic, Oracle Health, eClinicalWorks, and other EHR/PM systems.
- Experience with HL7 FHIR and/or HL7 v2 standards
- Familiarity with major EHR platforms (Epic, Cerner, eCW)
- Strong project management and client communication skills
- Understanding of healthcare revenue cycle workflows
- HIPAA and healthcare data security knowledge
Revenue Cycle Success Manager
Own the success of a portfolio of healthcare clients using Patriot Pay. Guide onboarding, drive adoption, and partner to improve billing outcomes.
- 3+ years in healthcare revenue cycle or health IT
- Experience in customer success or account management
- Strong analytical skills — comfortable with billing metrics
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Passion for improving the patient financial experience
Product Manager — AI Billing
Define and drive the roadmap for Patriot Pay's core billing intelligence features.
- 4+ years of product management experience
- Background in healthcare, fintech, or AI products preferred
- Data-driven decision-making approach
- Experience working in agile/scrum environments
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Drive new business growth by building relationships with healthcare CFOs, RCM Directors, and Practice Administrators.
- 4+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience
- Track record of closing 6-figure healthcare or health IT deals
- Deep understanding of healthcare revenue cycle challenges
- Existing network in the healthcare leadership community (preferred)
- Experience with consultative / solution selling
